Hayden has have been living and working in Nepal since 2016. His work has focused on development programs in the areas of education, livelihoods, gender equality and social inclusion, and climate change. Hayden has a MA in International Relations, where he wrote his dissertation on Development and Aid in Nepal. He is passionate about the country and making a difference in it and is excited to speak with other passionate individuals on our virtual programs!
Kendra is a former school counsellor and elementary school principal, passionate about innovating school design to prepare students for the 21st century and applying holistic practices to improve outcomes. Kendra earned her Ed.D. from Johns Hopkins University with a specialisation in Mind, Brain, and Teaching (Neuroeducation) and is also a licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist.
Jonas is an Associate Consultant - Sustainability at Gaia Corporate Sustainability Services Inc., working with companies in their sustainability initiatives and is a renewable energy, waste management, and environmental sustainability advocate. Jonas has a MSc Renewable Energy and Resource Management at the University of South Wales, is a registered chemist in the Philippines, Associate Member of the UK Energy Institute, Climate Reality Leader, and Youth 4 Sustainable Cities Ambassador for Makesense Philippines. On the side, Jonas is a Co-host and Head of Research for the Sustainarumble! Podcast, and Resident Scientist for the social enterprise Salin PH.
Ash is an experienced Digital Producer with ten years of experience in the higher education industry. His previous work positions include being a media writer, training designer and English instructor. Ash’s studies include creative arts, professional ethics and project management and he is currently enrolled in an MBA. Ash is passionate about cultivating good ideas and seeing them to fruition - as well as yoga, road cycling, and fair trade coffee. He loves learning and enabling others to explore things that interest them. He prefer systems to goals, progressive enhancement over graceful degradation, and deliberate practice over rote learning.
Clinton is an environmental, social and governance (ESG) specialist with >18 years progressive experience in Australia & internationally. Clinton has worked within industry, financial institutions and as a consultant using his first-hand experience to support companies at board, corporate, country and site levels on their ESG performance, hand in hand with local communities and stakeholder groups, government and financial institutions. Clinton has significant experience in the mining and energy sectors and has successfully driven environmental & social performance on numerous international greenfield projects. Clinton holds a BSc in Environmental Science from Griffith University in Australia and postgraduate qualifications in Mine Land Rehabilitation, Project Management & Social Impact Assessments.
Luke has a unique blend of experience as an educator and educational leader, high performance sports coach, government officer and leadership and excellence consultant. Currently working with leaders across a range of sectors and industries including fashion, technology, agribusiness and sports, Luke is committed to helping individuals and organisations achieve optimal results by sharing resources and strategies developed over a career engaging, leading and coaching elite talent. Along with his experience and expertise in the leadership space, Luke possesses significant experience in leveraging funding, through both public and private spheres, to activate large scale infrastructure and community projects. Luke holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts (English), along with a range of other qualifications associated with education and leadership.
